Refund policy
If you are not happy with what you purchased, please contact us at support@reachingyou.org. If there is an issue with your order we will do our best to solve the problem. All returns require approval within 14 days of the delivery date. Unauthorized returns will be refused. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Due to the nature of our downloadable items, no refund or cancellation can be issued.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your item was damaged in transit a replacement request must occur within 3 days of delivery and must be accompanied with photo evidence of the damaged item (as well as the packaging, if possible). Once this documentation is received, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible (US Only).
For damaged international orders, we are happy to cover the replacement cost of the item that was damaged, but the customer will be responsible for the replacement shipping cost.
For lost or stolen packages, the customer is responsible for contacting and filing a claim with USPS. Once the item has been passed to USPS, Reaching You LLC is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Reaching You LLC is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling.
WRONG ADDRESS:
Reaching You LLC is not responsible for shipping addresses that are incorrect or entered wrong at check out and will not replace these items once they are shipped. Please double check and make sure you enter the correct shipping address!
